2011 Political Action Committee Benchmarking Survey Closed

PAC Benchmarking Survey Image After each election cycle, the Council conducts a rigorous study of the structure, management and fundraising activities of political action committees (PACs). The result is a comprehensive benchmarking report, an essential resource for PAC managers who want to know how their PAC compares with those of peer organizations.

The 2011 survey will address both corporate and association PACs, making it even more valuable for public affairs practitioners than in years past.

Areas addressed in the study include: management and structure; oversight and CEO involvement; receipts and fundraising; strategies for motivating participation; and disbursements.

Information on the 2009 study, containing data about the 2007-2008 election cycle for corporate and trade/professional association PACs, is also available.
