The Federal Election Commission has a new Web page to help lobbyists comply with the bundling disclosure requirements of the Honest Leadership and Open Government Act of 2007, or HLOGA. The page includes revised forms, answers to oft-asked questions and a list of those who have identified themselves as lobbyist/registrant PACs.
The new HLOGA rules require disclosure of contributions bundled by lobbyists and registrants as of March 19 and of those bundled by the PACs of lobbyists and registrants as of April 18. The Web page also includes links to the Clerk of the House website and the Secretary of the Senate website, both sources for identifying lobbyists/ registrants and their PACs.
The website page is at http://fec.gov/info/guidance/hlogabundling.shtml
